What we collect
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfil it — your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. We don't collect or store payment card details ourselves; that's handled securely by our payment provider.

Reviews and shopping assistance
When you submit a review, we store your display name, star rating, written review and submission time in Netlify Database. Reviews stay private until approved; approved display names, ratings and review text appear publicly. You can request removal by contacting us. Anonymous baskets, session chat messages and order records are stored using Netlify Database. KitGPT may send your shopping questions and recent conversation to an AI provider through Netlify AI Gateway to interpret your request. Do not share payment details or sensitive personal information in chat.
Sharing
We share order information with the couriers and payment providers needed to fulfil your order. We don't sell your personal information to third parties.
Cookies
This site may use basic cookies to remember your cart and preferences while you shop. A browser-storage flag and first-party cookie remember that you have seen the first-order offer so it does not keep appearing; the cookie lasts one year. Clearing browser storage or using another browser or device may show the offer again. It does not use cookies for third-party advertising.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain certain records.
